Second early bird 2009-2010 Lake Tahoe Dream Home Raffle drawing to take place at The Autumn Food and Wine Festival, Village at Northstar at Lake Tahoe, Lake Tahoe Dream home early bird raffle drawing will award a $5,000 vacation package to the Old Greenwood Golf course community
TRUCKEE – Tahoe Mountain Resorts Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to sustaining and enhancing a vibrant and healthy lifestyle in the Truckee/North Lake Tahoe region, will be raffling a $1.4 million home in the Village at Northstar. The dream home is located in the Village and is open for viewing. Raffle tickets are available for purchase the day of the drawing, or call (877) 308-TMRF (8673), 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
A second early bird drawing for the 2009-2010 Lake Tahoe Dream Home Raffle, Sunday, Sept. 13 at 2 to 4 p.m. at the Village at Northstar. First place is a three-night stay in a two bedroom Old Greenwood Townhome, two complete sets of Titleist 695 CB Tour golf clubs, three days of golf lessons at the Golf Academy at Old Greenwood, plus a round of golf for two for an estimated value of $5,000. Second place is $2,500 cash, and third place is a private in-home catered dinner by Mikuni's restaurant, an estimated value of $1,000.
Proceeds help the Foundation enrich the quality of life in Truckee/North Lake Tahoe by giving back to organizations in the community to preserve the arts, environment, athletics, health organizations and charitable pursuits.
The grand prize drawing will occur on Sunday, Feb. 14, 2010. Raffle tickets are $100 each, and the Grand Prize winner chooses either the Grand Prize Package valued at over $1.4 million, which includes a luxurious home in The Village at Northstar, a $150,000 interior design package, along with a Tahoe Mountain Club Membership, offering numerous amenities such as private lakeside dining, a state of the art swim, tennis and fitness center, ski valet and multiple world class golf courses.
