By combining forces and incorporating the magnificent flavors of chocolate, top local chefs and exquisite wines, Tahoe Women's Services and Project MANA will offer guests a memorable culinary evening that showcases Tahoe talent and the opportunity to support two community organizations.

KINGS BEACH — Experience Lake Tahoe's premier Chocolate, Wine and Roses Festival at the North Tahoe Event Center in Kings Beach from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7.

Guests will be delighted by the array of chocolate creations, delicious hors d'oeuvres, wine pairings and sought-after auction items. Mark Estee of Moody's Bistro and Baxter's Bistro and Lounge will contribute an array of scrumptious finger foods created to satisfy even the most discriminating palates.

As in previous years, guests will vote for their favorite chocolate preparation as well People's Choice award for the best red and white wines.

Live music by Quartet Minus One and energetic emcees — Jim Porter and Jim Simon of Porter Simon — make this a not-to-be missed event. There will be a limited number of unique silent and live auction items including one week's lodging in Belize, special Tahoe experiences and sporting goods. Porter and Simon will share insights on the organizations and lead the bidding wars during the live auction.
