TRUCKEE, Calif. — A summary of police reports for the week of Oct. 22-27 with the Truckee Police Department.
Oct. 22
At 11 a.m. on Donner Pass Road police found a juvenile allegedly in violation of probation after improperly ingesting medication.
At 4:40 p.m. on Donner Pass Road police received an anonymous call reporting possible spray painting on a pump house on Richards Boulevard. Police located a person just feet from the graffiti, but found he wasn't responsible. Police smelled marijuana and searched the person, allegedly finding several baggies of marijuana. The person was arrested for possession of marijuana for sale.
At 6:35 p.m. on Donner Pass Road police stopped a vehicle for code violations and arrested the driver for driving under the influence.
At 8:20 p.m. on Donner Pass Road a person entered a store and demanded a refund on a gift card and was allegedly threatening when the refund was denied.
Oct. 23
At 8:50 a.m. on Donner Pass Road a juvenile on probation allegedly refused to go to school. Police contacted and arrested the juvenile for probation violation.
At 10 p.m. on Hansel Avenue police conducted an investigation into an alleged rape, leading to the arrest of one person.
Oct. 24
At 8:25 a.m. on Levon Avenue a county worker found narcotics in the court house parking lot. Police recovered and booked the narcotics for destruction.
At 3:15 p.m. on Donner Pass road police arrested a person for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
At 4 p.m. on Donner Pass Road a person reported her boyfriend physically abused her.
Oct. 25
At 3:50 p.m. on Donner Pass Road police stopped a driver for speeding and found the driver had allegedly never been issued a license.
Oct. 26
At 11:30 a.m. a wallet was found in Sierraville and turned into the Truckee Police Department.
At noon on Joerger Drive a school district employee reported finding a shotgun shell in one of their school buses. Police have no suspect information, and the shell has been booked for destruction.
At 4:45 p.m. on Donner Pass Road police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and discovered the license plates belonged to another vehicle.
At 6:30 p.m. on Donner Pass Road police stopped a vehicle for driving into oncoming traffic and speeding. Officers found the driver to be under the influence of prescription drugs.
Oct. 27
At 9:05 a.m. on Falcon Point police received reports of a road rage incident where a person allegedly brandished a pistol. Police located and arrested the person.
At 3:25 p.m. on Donner Pass Road police stopped a vehicle for several code violations and found the driver to be under the influence of alcohol.
