Tahoe Conservatory of Music Winter Recital
Holiday Music Recital Jan. 13, 4:30-8 p.m., Cal Neva, Crystal Bay, The Frank Sinatra Show Room. Elementary students will perform beginning at 4:30 p.m. Middle and High School student will perform beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tahoe Conservatory is partnering with Project Mana to collect food for the season, a non-perishable food donation is encouraged. Admission is free. If you are considering music lessons or just want to support your friends in the community this is a great opportunity to learn about Tahoe Conservatory of Music and you are welcome to attend. Truckee Rotary Foundation seeks projects
The Truckee Rotary Foundation is looking for community projects or needs for their annual donation, which is $4,000 this year. The Truckee Rotary Foundation provides funds for worthy individuals, organizations or projects within the greater Truckee community. Get Ready for the SAT at Clever Minds
Preparation for the SAT is offered for the March test at Clever Minds Learning Center, located in downtown Truckee. The course meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6:30 p.m., Jan. 19 through March 11 for the March 13 test date.
