TRUCKEE, Calif. — Lobster lovers mark your calendars, call your friends and plan to attend Lobster Night at Dragonfly on Friday, Sept. 16. Chef Billy McCullough will fly in live Maine lobster the day of the event, offering a fresh New England lobster dinner experience smack dab in the middle of Truckee.

The three course meal, priced at only $42, includes New England Clam Chowder (a prize-winning recipe from the Boston Chowder Festival that has been served at The White House and in Buckingham Palace to the Queen of England), one and a half pound Maine Lobster with all the fixings, followed by a decadent dessert. Diners can also order the lobster entrée plate with all the fixings a la carte for $37.

Maine lobster is renowned for its naturally delicious sweet flavor and unique texture and color due to the clean water and rocky coastal habitat in which it is raised. Savor the thought and call to reserve your spot. Reservations are a must for Dragonfly's Lobster Night as the fresh Maine lobsters will be ordered and flown in special for the dinner.
