• Lancer James Wagar, 37, of Fallon, a laborer, was arrested May 15 on suspicion of battery and domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

• Scott Albert Nielsen, 37, of Fallon, a laborer, was arrested May 16 on suspicion of driving under the influence, obedience to device.
