The 2013 Tahoe/Truckee Nonprofit Wish List

Jean Eick
Special to the Bonanza

The North Lake Tahoe Bonanza, in partnership with the Parasol Tahoe Community Foundation, once again is presenting a holiday Nonprofit Wish List.

This is the fifth year a wish list has been provided to give readers an opportunity to make a difference for others during the holidays.

We hope that as you gather with friends and family during the Thanksgiving weekend, you take time to talk about philanthropy and what it means to your family; about the charities you are interested in or passionate about; and how you might help make a difference.

No matter what amount you give, you can help. To make a donation, follow the instructions for each organization and contact the individual designated at the organization if you would like more information.

All contributions will go to a verified 501(c)3 public nonprofit organization.
