With summer around the corner, the Incline Village General Improvement District is getting ready for Fourth of July weekend.
Residents are asked review the below important information regarding the beaches as you plan your holiday weekend:
Make sure your passes are valid: IVGID Beaches are restricted access to valid Beach Access IVGID Picture Pass holders and their guests. Pre-purchase your tickets at the Parks & Recreation Counter prior to July 1 to avoid holiday pricing. Any unused tickets may be refunded anytime before October 31.
Holiday pricing will be in effect July 1-4 at all IVGID beaches: Adult (18+), $15; Child (6-17), $5; Children (0-5), Free; Boat Launching, $20; Picture Pass Holder, free.
No cash/credit card on July 4: In order to help improve traffic flow, improve safety and help prevent lines and crowds, there will be absolutely no cash/credit transactions at Incline or Ski Beach on the 4th of July. Purchase wristbands on July 4 at Aspen Grove or the Recreation Center. All forms of payment are accepted at these locations. Please note that IVGID Beaches will be staffed until 10 p.m. on Monday, July 4.
