The sixth annual Tahoe Fall Fest benefiting Tahoe’s Connection for Families is set for Friday, Oct. 21, at The Chateau in Incline Village. Grab a masque and come have a blast at the Black and White Masquerade Bash.

“Our Fall Fest committee has been meeting for months and we’re so excited the Masquerade Bash is almost here,” Fall Fest Co-Chair Kristen Scheuer shared. “We are thrilled this year’s event is on a Friday night at our local Chateau. It is great to hear the buzz of excitement as community members talk about the new theme and local location!”

The Black and White Masquerade Bash fundraiser begins at 6 p.m. This adult-only event includes dinner and entertainment. Brad Perry and DJ Tahoe Blue will provide the music this year, ensuring the dance floor will be a popular spot. Guests can also join in games to win fine wine and bid on the silent and live auction items.

The live auction boasts vacations to Disneyland, Carmel and San Francisco, in addition to an amazing “staycation” package at Northstar. The silent auction features popular event tickets, flight over Tahoe, photography sessions, camp experiences, fitness classes, private dinners and buy-in parties for children and adults.

In addition, many items will be won through the raffle, including restaurant, boutique, and salon gift certificates, toys, games, spa treatments, and more.

Fall Fest Co-Chair Jessica Nordby joined TCF over two years ago shortly after the birth of her older daughter.

“TCF has been a wonderful way to connect with other families,” Nordby shared. “It is a supportive and accepting environment where my parenting questions are answered while my children play and socialize with peers. I remember visiting the wonderful facility when I was pregnant with my first child and now I am enjoying all the resources with the newest addition to our family.”

Tahoe Fall Fest is TCF’s largest annual fundraiser; all event proceeds directly benefit TCF and its programs to support parents and children. The Incline nonprofit provides parenting education and early childhood development programs for families with infants and toddlers up to pre-school.

Since 1998, TCF has been dedicated to building a strong community of families in the North Lake Tahoe area and it has become a haven for parents of young children seeking early childhood education, guidance, and socialization.

“We are extremely grateful so many companies and families have shown support for this event,” said Scheuer. “Our volunteers, sponsors, and all our guests are the ones who guarantee this fundraiser will once again be a true success! We look forward to celebrating fall and TCF at the Masquerade Bash.”

Tahoe Fall Fest tickets are $150. Event sponsorships are also available and range from $990 to $5,500. Sponsors will be acknowledged on event signage and on the TCF Fall Fest website and Facebook pages.
