KINGS BEACH, Calif. — The annual SnowFest! winter carnival concluded its 35th year this weekend with numerous events and activities that drew hundreds of residents, families and their pooches.
Highlights included Saturday’s North Tahoe Public Utility District Pancake Breakfast and the Dress Up Your Dog Contest, followed by the Kings Beach SnowFest! Parade along Highway 28.
