TAHOE CITY, Calif. — The popular Concerts at Commons Beach music series returns to Tahoe City this summer from June 19 through Sept. 4 with a dynamic mix of touring artists and local bands.

Concerts are presented in partnership with the Tahoe City Downtown Association and Tahoe City PUD and are held every Sunday in summer from 4-7 p.m., with a 3 p.m. start for the kick-off concert on June 19.

Concert-goers enjoy ice cream, barbecue, and salads from local vendors, as well as wine from Barefoot Wine and Bubbly and Lagunitas beer. Guests are welcome to bring picnics, blankets and low back chairs from home for a perfect evening by the lake.

“With incredible lake views, an exceptional music lineup and fantastic food, Concerts at Commons Beach is one of Lake Tahoe’s favorite Sunday traditions,” said Stacie Lyans, executive director of TCDA. “Come early for a great day on the beach with your friends.”

The free shows are supported through the generosity of community sponsors. Sponsors are still being accepted for 2016. Visit concertsatcommonsbeach.com to learn more.
