‘Tahoe Progressives’ heading to Democratic National Convention

Local residents have started a new Progressive Democratic Party Club, Tahoe Progressives, on the cusp of the Bernie Sanders Campaign, and one Tahoe resident, Nicole Lutkemuller, as well as Nicole, Bill Shiavo of Sonora, and Timothy Knox of Amador City, have been elected as Congressional District 4 Delegates to the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia in July. They will represent the voice of Tahoe and CD 4 voters who supported Sanders in the primary election and will fight for the progressive agenda at the DNC. Email Lutkemuller at to learn more.
