Thank you to our wonderful and supportive community
We want to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful community members who helped make this past Christmas extra special for a few of our Tahoe Lake Elementary School families.
Thank you to all of the Boatworks Mall merchants, especially Hemmings and Jarrett, Kiss and Makeup, Geared for Games, Schmier’s Jewelry, Fine n Funky, and to the Tahoe City Public Utility District for donating gifts, and a huge thank you to our librarian, Deed Verutti, who put an enormous amount of time into organizing and delivering the gifts.
Also, one of our Tahoe Lake Elementary families lost their home in a fire over the break, and we have been so thankful to all who have responded so kindly with support and donations. We are so fortunate to live in a community that is so supportive and caring.
