The Truckee Public Art Commission has opened applications for its spring “rock” themed exhibit.

The upcoming exhibit will take place of the current “water” exhibit, which will continue to show within the halls of the Community Recreation Center for the next month, until January 2015.

TPAC hosts three exhibits each year with the Community Recreation Center, featuring well-known artists alongside aspiring artists of all ages.

The Rec Center is located at 8924 Donner Pass Road, Truckee across from the Pioneer Center roundabout.

TPAC is an organization that fosters community through curated seasonal exhibits and public art installations under the auspices of the Truckee-Donner Recreation & Park District.
