We might be seeing the fall temperatures early this year and the truth is we are all hoping for snow to help clear out the smoke. Let’s start snow dances now and see if we can make some progress before the end of September.

Rhonda is ready for fall with her annual coat drive at Bar Bar Bar. It is so easy to drop off your donations when you go pick up your mail and she will take care of the rest. If you have questions, just stop at Bar Bar Bar and ask.

Anyone interested in helping with the Tahoe Community Thanksgiving Celebration in Kings Beach can attend a volunteer orientation on Oct. 7. For information, call Meera Beser at 775-230-1066.

Still time to put together a group of co-workers, family members or friends and join the annual Tahoe Family Solutions bowl-a-thon on Saturday, Oct. 25.
