Village Notes: What’s happening in Incline Village, Sept. 16, 2015

Fall arrives next week, and maybe we can welcome it with a little white on the mountains. We still need to embrace that community snow dance — please send me details so we can get prepared. We want snow!

Remember the Incline Village Hospital Auxiliary’s annual Golf from the Heart event on Thursday, Sept. 24, at the Championship Course. This might be one of the last days to be out on the golf course so go enjoy. For more information or to sign up contact Norma Buller at 775-830-2148.

The annual Tahoe Fall Fest for Tahoe’s Connection For Families is at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, at Gar Woods in Carnelian Bay. Enjoy live music from Paul Covarelli and Band, line dancing with Wayne Hucks, silent and live auction items and a raffle. Tickets available for Tahoe Fall Fest at or call 775-832-8230.

Also at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24, at Le Bistro is a dinner to support the Incline High School We the People class. Please make reservations via email to, and include the number in your party with names and addresses. The dinner includes a greet, meet, and seat with a five-course dinner. Please bring your favorite wine to share.

Pet Network’s Artwork for Animals Sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26, in the Pet Network parking lot features unique artwork and home decor. A large selection of artwork for every taste: funky, high-end, local and one-of-a-kind all to benefit Pet Network Humane Society.
