Artist reception Friday at North Tahoe Arts to honor month-long exhibits

This will be among the works on display this month.

TAHOE CITY, Calif. — North Tahoe Arts is hosting exhibits by mosaic artist Kate Kerrigan and landscape painter Seth Johnson for the month of August.

Both exhibits will be on display at North Tahoe Arts, which will hold a gallery reception for both artists this Friday, Aug. 7, from 5-7 p.m.

North Tahoe Arts, a nonprofit organization located at 380 North Lake Blvd. in Tahoe City, has been supporting the arts in the North Tahoe-Truckee areas for over 29 years through exposure, education and participation.

The North Tahoe Arts ARTisan Shop is a co-op retail store displaying artwork for sale by over 20 local artists working in an eclectic variety of mediums. Artwork includes photography, painting, pastels, fiber art, glasswork, pottery and handmade jewelry.
