The Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce will hold its 17th Annual Business Expo andamp; Chamber Mixer Thursday, April 30 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at The Resort at Squaw Creek. The Business Expo, designed to be part Expo and part business social event, will showcase more than 60 different businesses.The Expo combines the benefits of a tradeshow and a Chamber mixer to create the ultimate networking experience and an opportunity to promote your business at an affordable cost.Attendance is free. There will be door prizes and giveaways. KTKE 101.5 FM will be broadcasting live from the venue, including on-air interviews.Space is limited and reservations are on a first-paid, first guaranteed basis. Financial Peace University (FPU), the 13-week program taught by Dave Ramsey, has helped more than 650,000 families positively change their financial future. Ramsey will begin his class in Tahoe City April 28 at 6:30 p.m. There will be a preview class on April 7 at 6:30 p.m., when classroom kits can be ordered. Each class participant needs a kit.
