The inaugural study measures customer satisfaction of home buyers and sellers with major national real estate companies. Overall satisfaction is determined by examining four factors for the home selling experience: Agent (43 percent); marketing (38 percent); office (12 percent) and services (seven percent).
Among home sellers, Prudential Real Estate achieved a score of 793 on a 1,000-point scale ” and Prudential Real Estate received particularly high ratings from customers in the marketing and office factors.

High Pointe Event Catering has launched a new Web site, featuring event planning tools, menus and information about their services for Tahoe and Reno clientele.

We are proud to announce Lissy Houdock has joined the True Hair Studio team.
Lissy is formerly of Wish Day Spa and has been a hairstylist in Truckee for more than six years. She specializes in cutting men and women’s hair and hair color. Her current work days are Tuesday through Saturday.

The Contractors Association of Truckee Tahoe has moved across the street to a new office.
The association is now located at 12313 Soaring Way 1B West, Truckee in the Martis Outlook Professional Offices. The association’s previous offices were in the Truckee Town Hall building.
The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Jessica Ford-Helzer joined SmallPond Studio as graphic designer and production artist. Ford-Helzer will assist the team in all areas of graphic design with a particular focus on print design and packaging.

Originally from Reno, Ford-Helzer graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design. She recently returned to the Reno-Tahoe area to pursue a design career and be closer to her family.
In her spare time, Ford-Helzer enjoys snowboarding, camping, hiking and water sports.
