CRYSTAL BAY, Nev. — Bilty’s Brew & Q, the new barbecue smokehouse restaurant at the historical Tahoe Biltmore Lodge & Casino, is adding some new flavor to the North Shore this summer.

More than just a BBQ restaurant, Bilty’s offers outstanding smoked meats, unique house-made barbeque sauces, homemade sides that tempt the palate, and a selection of 30 craft beers.

The restaurant’s method is simple: Offer a unique dining option to the North Shore with a menu that is committed to serving some serious flavor.

With its new approach to dining, the Tahoe Biltmore wants to remind everyone that it’s more than just a hotel and casino by offering something original and uncommon to the lake.

From mouthwatering fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs and jalapeno cheddar corn bread, to smoked gouda mac & cheese and southern style collard greens, Bilty’s is sure to please those pleasure-seeking foodies that want something with a bolder flavor.

Whether you’re looking for a new spot to take the family for dinner or passing through on your commute home, this place is ideal for anyone looking for a taste tantalizing meal in a casual setting.

Complemented by a décor that speaks simplicity and comfort, with small touches of vintage Lake Tahoe photos exhibited throughout, the menu items are reasonably priced — but not at the cost of flavor.

Bilty’s is open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner, 5-10 p.m., and will soon be opening for lunch.

Find the Tahoe Biltmore on Facebook and Twitter and check out their website — http://www.tahoebiltmore.com —to get updated information about Bilty’s Brew & Q and the soon-to-come lunch hours.
