TAHOE/TRUCKEE, Calif. — Clear Capital announced new team members Rich Kuegler and Scott Bares, both as directors of customer development.

Kuegler and Bares will help industry peers understand how best to utilize these tools within their organizations, while also introducing Clear Capital’s refreshing levels of support and client care.

Since 1996 Kuegler has held executive-level positions in mortgage finance. Most recently, he was senior vice president at DataQuick.
