Help shape the future of Kings Beach at Tuesday open house

KINGS BEACH, Calif. — The North Tahoe Business Association is hosting an Open House on Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at North Tahoe Event Center in Kings Beach.

Complimentary food and beverages will be served.

“This is an opportunity for community and business people to network and to share their ideas about how to make Kings Beach a better place to live, work, play and visit at interactive stations,” according to a press release from NTBA Executive Director Joy Doyle.

With the Kings Beach Commercial Core Improvement Project scheduled for completion in 2016, as well as California State Park embarking on revising the Kings Beach State Recreation Area Master Plan, a lot of opportunities are opening up, Doyle said.

“All of the input gathered at the Open House will help to influence NTBA’s 2016-2018 Strategic Plan, which prioritizes and guides the work of the organization,” she said. “Everyone who cares about Kings Beach and the North Shore and wants to help shape its future are invited and encouraged to attend.”
