Knowledge Bites business workshop set for April 20 in Truckee

TRUCKEE, Calif. — Next week’s “Knowledge Bites” workshop presented by the Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce will focus on creating a roadmap for business success.

Presenters Kristin York, Leslie Williams and Karen Norris will equip attendees “with strategies and resources to understand your business model so you can engage all your stakeholders in understanding your vision to inspire improved performance and focus,” according to the chamber.

A follow-up workshop, based on The Lean Startup methodology and utilizing the Business Model Canvas, will be offered for participants looking to dive deeper into how to unlock potential partnerships, identify competitive advantage, streamline operations, and design strategies to test new products and services.

Knowledge Bites is held Wednesday, April 20, from 8:30-10 a.m. at Truckee Tahoe Airport, 10356 Truckee Airport Road. Reserve your spot by April 15, and cost to attend is $20 for chamber members and $30 for non-members. After April 15, cost is $30 and $40, respectively.
