TRUCKEE, Calif. — The Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce last week announced winners for the 62nd Annual Awards Dinner, held Oct. 15 at the Resort at Squaw Creek.
Attendance exceeded expectations at a full ballroom head count of 380 individuals, business men and women, according to the chamber.
Nominee submissions were collected earlier this year by the chamber, and winners were chosen by the chamber’s board. Below is the list of 2015 winners:
Small Business of the Year (1-10 Employees): The Painted Vine
Small Business of the Year (11-49 Employees): Advanced Asphalt
Non Profit Organization of the Year: Truckee Optimist Club
Excellence in Government: Truckee Tahoe Airport District
Large Business of the Year: Mountain Hardware & Sports
New Business of the Year: Truckee Tavern & Grill
Hospitality Award: Northstar California
Revitalization Award (small): Downtown Truckee 76 & Bar of America
Revitalization Award (large): Town of Truckee
Volunteer of the Year: Mark Tanner
Ambassador of the Year: Denise Mix
