Shari Chase, president and CEO of Chase International returned from the 13th annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference where she received two prestigious awards.Chase International was bestowed with two notable accolades. The first award was for Best Web Site Innovation, for noted as offering the most outstanding online presence, with a focus on technological innovation and functionality. Individually, Shari Chase was one of only four named to the Billionaires Club, an honor given to real estate professionals who have sold more than $1 billion worth of property during the course of their remarkable careers.The conference was held in Philadelphia at the Ritz-Carlton. Nearly 200 luxury property experts convened to discuss strategies and review reports on current market conditions and indicators.The other Realtors joining Shari Chase in the Billionaires Club include Bob Melvin of Gasparilla Properties, Inc.
