Chase seminars in Truckee, Reno and Lake Tahoe to assist with real estate challenges

Today’s real estate market has put more than a handful of homeowners in unfortunate situations, many of whom have no place to turn for sound advice and professional assistance. In response to this growing need, Chase International has created the Assets Solutions Team, a group of experienced agents specializing in short sales, loan modification and foreclosure.

The team will be hosting a series of forums titled “Untangling the Truth, Providing Easy Answers in Today’s Real Estate Market” at several of their Reno-Tahoe offices.

“We’re essentially an emergency task force designed to unravel the mysteries of the current real estate market,” said Michelle Plevel, a broker sales agent out of the Chase Reno office. Last spring the Lake Tahoe-based real estate agency brought on Leslie Henderson, one of the nation’s foremost experts on short sales and launched a short sales department.

The goal of all Chase agents and the Assets Solution Team is to help homeowners solve their problems before they become irreversible. Short sales transactions are complicated, but may be able to protect the sellers’ credit.

The forums will have several members of the Assets Solution Team on hand, as well as bank representatives, real estate attorneys and credit advisors. Professionals will explain the process of loan modification, short sales and foreclosure and address tax issues and credit.
