Class of 2004 says ‘so long’

More than 180 Truckee Tahoe High School seniors graduated on Saturday.

On a sunny day made for photo opportunities, 183 students celebrated their graduation from Tahoe Truckee High School on Saturday. Lisa Tassone led the National Anthem, followed by Ana Esquivel with the Pledge of Allegiance.

This year’s valedictorians were Laurel Barchas, Remy Denton and Kayla Evans. The salutatorians were Cory Arth and Kara LaPoint. Several students from the class of 2004 received scholarships from local businesses, families and service organizations.
