Deadly Tahoe shooting: 3rd suspect arrested, faces murder charge
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. — Law enforcement agencies in Texas have made an arrest in a fatal Jan. 30 shooting in South Lake Tahoe.
On Tuesday morning, members of the U.S. Marshals Service, the Houston and Humble police departments and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office arrested Domenic Seanlee Randolph, 22, in Harris County, Texas, in connection with the death of 40-year-old Dennis Wright Jr., according to a press release from the city of South Lake Tahoe.
Randolph was booked into the Harris County Jail in Houston and has been charged with murder, according to the release.
Wright was shot and killed outside of the Beverly Lodge in what police believe was a drug deal that turned into a robbery and homicide.
Tristan Demond Batten and Harvest Cyle Davidson have also been charged with murder in the case and are in custody at El Dorado County Jail.
Police continue to search for Dion Jermaine Randolph Vaccoro, 26, in connection with the shooting. The Vallejo, Calif., resident is 6 feet tall and weighs 200 pounds.
The weapon used in the slaying has not yet been recovered, and Vaccoro should be considered armed and dangerous, according to the release.
