Incline Village crime logs: 15 cases of graffiti in 7 days
Below are select incidents from the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office press log for Incline Village/Crystal Bay for Feb. 24 to March 3.
At 5:13 pm, in the area of SR431/Sheeps Flat, deputies responded to a report of Domestic Violence occurring inside a vehicle. Upon stop of the vehicle, deputies investigated the complaint and placed a female adult under arrest for Domestic Battery.
At 12:00 am, in the area of SR431/Sheeps Flat, a male adult was stopped for traffic violations. Upon investigation, driver was arrested for DUI.
At 2:04 am, in the area of SR 28/Stateline, Deputies responded to a business on a male subject who refused to leave the establishment. Upon arrival, the subject was taken into custody for trespassing.
At 7:37 am, in the area of Village Blvd/ Northwood Blvd, units responded to a non-injury accident involving two vehicles. One driver was cited for traffic violations.
At 10:41 am, in the 500 block of Country Club Dr, a single vehicle accident occurred. The driver lost control and struck a telephone pole.
At 2:01 pm, in the 1200 block of Ski Way, Deputies responded to a non-injury, private party accident involving two vehicles. The driver of one vehicle slid into the other vehicle as a result of ice on the roadway. This accident involved an IVGID vehicle, and a report was completed.
At 3:07 am, in the area of Tahoe Blvd/Village Blvd a male adult was stopped for traffic violations. Upon investigation, the driver was arrested for DUI.
At 8:42 am, in the 800 block of Tahoe Blvd, Deputies responded to a business on a report of Destruction of Property. The front door glass was broken; however, nothing was missing.
At 1:07 am, in the area of SR 28/Stateline, Deputies responded to a business for a male subject who had been previously trespassed from the property. Subject was detained and placed under arrest.
At 11:15 am, in the 800 block of Tahoe Blvd, Deputies responded to a petty larceny on building equipment. The reporting person was unsure of the exact time of occurrence.
At 9:24 pm, in the 900 block of Tahoe Blvd, Deputies responded to a non-injury, private property vehicle accident involving two vehicles. Report was taken to document accident.
The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office has documented 15 cases of Graffiti in the past 7 days. These cases are being investigated and the graffiti removed by the WCSO Inmate Work Crew.
