Incline Village crime logs: Man steals purse, passes out by Dumpster

Below are select incidents from the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office press log for Incline Village/Crystal Bay for April 28 to May 4.

April 29

At 8:26 a.m., in the 900 block of Lakeshore Blvd., deputies took a report for Destruction of Property for a business with a broken window.

May 1

At 12:02 a.m., at Lakeshore Blvd. and Tahoe Blvd., a male subject was arrested for Felony DUI.

May 2

At 9:51 p.m., at Highway 28 and Village Blvd., a male subject was arrested for DUI.

May 3

At 12:29 a.m., at Highway 28 and Reservoir in Crystal Bay, a male subject was arrested for a Failure to Appear Warrant.

May 4

At 5:30 p.m., in the 900 block of Tahoe Blvd., a call came in of a fire in an air conditioning unit. Deputies assisted while NLTFPD responded.

At 11:30 p.m., in the 900 block of Tahoe Blvd., deputies responded to a call of a male subject passed out by a Dumpster. Upon arrival, the subject ran from deputies and dropped a purse. The purse was collected by deputies and the case is under investigation.
