September 7

Vehicle was stopped for vehicle code violations. The driver was arrested DUI and the passenger was given a citation for open container.

A domestic dispute occurred between a married couple. The male was determined to be the main aggressor and was arrested for domestic assault.

A juvenile got angry at his father and threw items and scratched the father's arm. No prosecution was desired.

Deer appeared to have been struck by a vehicle. The deer was fatally injured and was dispatched.

Propane fire pit was stolen from in front of a store on Donner Pass Road. The fire pit was secured to the business by cable and lock to prevent theft.

Counter report was taken for after the fact non-injury vehicle accident. Report was taken for information only.

Store manager contacted the police department after finding an intoxicated male outside the exit of the store. The male was contacted and it was determined to be drunk in public and was arrested.

A female was arrested for domestic battery after she assaulted her husband multiple times over the course of the weekend.

Subject was arrested for public intoxication and a probation violation after failing asleep in front of a business on Donner Pass Road with his pants down.

September 9

Subject called to report his ex-girlfriend had stolen his cell phone. Officers contacted the victim, who reported domestic battery had occurred on September 1 — no injury was reported. The suspect was contacted, and he corroborated physical contact.

Victim believed her identity had been compromised; however, after some investigation it was revealed the victim had actually applied for the loan. The incident was documented for informational purposes only.

Officers took a report of suspicious mark on the front door of a business on Donner Pass Road.

A drunken woman was arrested for drunk in public on Donner Pass Road.

Traffic stop was conducted for a minor vehicle code violation. The driver was found to be in violation of his DUI probation terms. The driver was cited and released on scene.

Cash was collected blowing around on the roadway.

September 10

Suspect contacted his ex-wife in violation of a served domestic violence restraining order.

A bear was diverted out of a tree in a backyard on Spring Lane.

September 11

Officers took a report of two-vehicle non-injury collision. One party was unlicensed and uninsured and the vehicle was towed.

September 12

Officers took a report for theft of an unsecured bicycle from behind a business on Donner Pass Road.

Officers took a report of broken windows at a residence on Forest Court. It appeared that the windows were broken with rocks by an unknown subject.

A man reported his girlfriend had hit him multiple times and he fled the residence. Officers arrived on the scene and found that the male had injuries. The female was arrested.

September 13

Drug Recognition Evaluation was conducted as an agency assist for California Highway Patrol.

Vehicle was stopped for vehicle code violation and the driver was arrested for DUI.

September 14

Subject was found by witness rummaging through her unlocked vehicle. The subject fled scene without stealing any property. The subject was located and arrested for public intoxication. Search located two capsules of suspected amphetamine.

Unknown suspect took two solar lights from victim's front yard without the knowledge or consent of the victim. The theft occurred on Lausanne Way.

Reporting party reported his vehicle was stolen from Manchester Driver. The vehicle and the suspect were located shortly after. The suspect was arrested.

Officer took a report of a lost purse last seen at a downtown restaurant.

Officers contacted juvenile and his father at their residence after the father was reported to be intoxicated. The father was located and was unable to care for the juvenile's safety. The juvenile was released to his mother.

September 15

Suspect pushed open a business window knocking over artwork and damaging it. The suspect did not make any entry into the business.

Vehicle was repossessed from Mougle Lane without the knowledge of the owner.

Reporting party turned in a wallet that had been found near the skate park over the weekend.

Phone report was taken for traffic complaint.

Suspect pulled his estranged wife's hair during an argument about the dissolution of their marriage.
