This year’s Community Read will feature books and graphic novels that present an interesting relationship between text and image, as well as discussions and talks about the challenges and processes involved in adapting literature from one medium to another.
Events begin on September 10th with Benjamin Percy’s short story collection “Refresh, Refresh” and Danica Novgorodoff’s graphic adaption of Percy’s book, which was included in Best American Comics 2011.
