Local libraries continue to be busy! One way to engage the community is with changing exhibits of hobbies and interests.

Currently, the Prim Library at Sierra Nevada College has a very comprehensive display of the Tahoe Rim Trail Association from the vision of Glen Hampton in 1981 to today’s 165-mile singletrack multiuse trail that exists because of the dreams and dedicated efforts of thousands of volunteers who built and continue to maintain the it.

The Incline Village Public Library is hosting Rob Retting’s photographs, “The Art of Boats – Tahoe Woodies,” a captivating collection of Tahoe’s classic wooden boats from a design perspective; it’s on display through the end of August.
