Tahoe-Truckee Lib Loop: Get naughty at the Incline Village Library
Special to the Bonanza
INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. — As a librarian, this is one of my most favorite times of year — Banned Books Week. And because I love it so much, and I’m in charge of Programming (wink wink), we’re celebrating longer than just a week.
In fact, we’re celebrating with a good old-fashioned Peep Show at the Incline Village Library.
Come in a take a peek at our display to see what books have been banned, and/or challenged, and for what reasons — you’ll be guaranteed to be shocked by some titles.
Read a Banned Book, come in and tell me you did, and I’ll enter your name into a drawing to win a banned book.
The winner will be drawn on Oct. 3. Get a little naughty over the next few weeks and read a banned book!
