Special to the Sun

Wear your costume and join us at the Veteran's Hall in Truckee on Oct. 22 for not-so-scary Halloween stories. Storytellers Linda Kennedy & Lucinda deLorimier will set the Halloween mood with songs, rhymes and tales.

This event is for children ages 4 to 12. The program takes place from 6 to 6:30 pm.

Also that day, come be a part of a historic and shadowy event in the historic and shadowy Veteran's Hall to celebrate Halloween with storytellers Stefanie Belson & Lucinda deLorimier. Feel free to don a costume and join the spirits for a spooky, enthralling evening.

This event is for teens and adults. The program takes place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The Veteran's Hall is located in downtown Truckee at 10214 High St.

Both programs are presented by Truckee History Alive, a collaboration between the Truckee Library, the Friends of the Truckee Library, and the Truckee Donner Historical Society.
