Tahoe-Truckee school’s retirees honored for 358 years of service

At the June 3 TTUSD Board of Education meeting, the district honored 16 retirees for many years of service and contributions to our youth and our community. Combined, these individuals have 358 years of service. The retirees recognized were: Kathy App, Transportation, 35 years; Jane Drillock, Transportation, 12 years; Carla Platt, Transportation, 27 years; Luise Reith, Transportation, 7 years; Donna Marshman, Truckee Elementary, 19 years; Bobbie Andrs, Truckee Elementary, 29 years; Betsy Ford, Truckee Elementary, 13 years; Dianne Collinson, Truckee Elementary, 31 years; Sandy Sahlman, District Counselor, 19 years; Heather Hardy, Tahoe Lake Elementary, 30 years; Cynthia Lujan, North Tahoe School, 21 years; Claudia Jensen, Cold Stream Alternative and Sierra High, 25 years; Jan Sturtevant, Alder Creek Middle School, 19 years; Bonnie Whittemore, North Tahoe High School, 33 years; Suzi Phebus, Donner Trail Elementary and Principal on Special Assignment, 35 years; and Tom Gemma, District Office, 3 years.

TRUCKEE, Calif. — At the June 3 TTUSD Board of Education meeting, the district honored 16 retirees for many years of service and contributions to our youth and our community.
