Plus, theres a full kids menu and a healthy helping of special family features to choose from. Kids menu includes kids pasta, grilled cheese, chicken fingers and cheese burgers and coloring menus are available in both dining areas. As one waitress said, Its just one big game room over here. Bar opens at 4 p.m. , dining room area opens at 5:30 p.m. both close around 9 p.m. midweek and at 10 p.m. on the weekends.

If you are looking for a restaurant with a family atmosphere to take the kids to enjoy some excellent Chinese food, China Village is where to go. Not only is the atmosphere family friendly, the prices are definitely designed for families and includes lots of selections so even picky eaters can find something. Childrens menu is available. The traditional Chinese dcor is perfect and kids love the atmosphere. Open for lunch from 11 a.m. 3 p.m. Dinner from 4:30 9 p.m. Closed on Sundays

Family friendly dining at Crosbys is available in the dining room for lunch and dinner and the menu allows choices for both kids and adults. The kids lunch menu features all favorites like the grilled cheese sandwich, corn dog, chicken fingers and even spaghetti and meat sauce and prices are all under $6. Crosbys food is home style and fresh. On weekends they are open at 9 a.m. and serve breakfast all day.

A favorite of all local families for Mexican food in Incline is the Hacienda de la Sierra. Featuring a special childrens menu. The Hacienda has been voted both the Best Mexican Food restaurant in Incline as well as the best inexpensive meal location. They are open daily from 4:30 to 10 p.m.

All pizza lovers, kids and adults, love to go to Mofos. The pizza is consistently good and kids enjoy the pasta as well. The pizza is hand-tossed and the pasta is homemade. Great salad bar too. Open daily for lunch from 11:30 to 2 p.m. and in the evening from 4:45 to 8:30 p.m.

Families love to visit the Sierra Caf inside the Hyatt for everything from breakfast to a late night snack. The kids menus are available for all and weekend brunches are spectacular and include kid prices as well. The caf features a lodge style dcor and has hours to suit most family meals. Even if the kids just want an ice cream sundae, Sierra Caf can be your choice. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night snacks.

A family favorite location for pizza, pasta and salads in Incline Village is Tomaatos. With fresh and quality items everyone can find something on the menu and pizzas come in all sizes including personal. This is conveniently located near the Hyatt with plenty of parking. Open 5 to 9 p.m. Closed on Wednesdays.

When the kids want pancakes and the parents want burritos, it is time to head to the Wildflower Caf for breakfast. Great homemade food served in a family friendly atmosphere. The portions are sure to leave you pleasantly surprised but so is the price. Serves breakfast all day and lunches. Open 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
