Free Tahoe health talk Friday on eating habits

Join Incline Village Community Hospital’s Kelly Brennan, RD, for a food demonstration and educational presentation on the many health benefits of eating fruits and vegetables.

The physical therapist’s Health Talk will take place 12:30-2 p.m. Friday, May 8, at the IVCH Community Room, 880 Alder Ave., Incline Village.

During the talk, you can also learn from Jill Rozier of Lake Tahoe Markets about the fresh produce available at the Farmer’s Market at Tunnel Creek, which takes place 4-7 p.m. Thursdays, May through September.

Space Friday is limited, so preregistration is required. Please call Community Outreach Coordinator Shelia Leijon at 775-888-4262 to RSVP.
