Sierraville, Calif. – Therese Johnson, Reiki Master/Teacher, will host a free educational seminar regarding the practice and benefits of Reiki, a form of touch therapy that originated in the Far East. She will discuss the healing benefits of this ancient technique, which involves placing the hands in various positions on the body to direct positive energy, or ki, into the areas where it is needed to heal. She will also conduct demonstrations.Individual sessions will be available for $55 and $30. All levels of swimmers are encouraged to participate in the the Tri-Clinic Series.Jessica Eisenberg, two-time finisher Ironman Canada will kick off the Series with four progressive swim workshops during March.
