Jimmy Della Valle is the headline act for the next round of Tahoe Comedy North on Wednesday at the Crystal Bay Casino Crown Room.

Della Valle — aka Jimmy D — is in the middle of his Brooklyn Buddha comedy tour. According to a press release, Jimmy D connects with his crowd instantly with his hilarious, street-wise edgy flare, macho vulnerability and blue-collar twists. He is master of off-the-wall one-liners, impressions weird anecdotes and crazy stories.

“Jimmy D’s amazing improvisation off the audience’s responses is what makes him unique and a stand-out among his peers,” press materials state. “If Tony Soprano, Kevin James, Don Rickles and Larry The Cable Guy all had a baby, it would be Jimmy D.”

Della Valle was on the hit NBC show “America’s Got Talent,” in which Judge Piers Morgan said, “I wanted to hate you with every bone in my body, but I loved you. You have the greatest comedic timing and delivery I have ever seen in my life. You are hilarious.”

As an accomplished actor, Jimmy D’s TV credits include “The Sopranos,” “Oz,” “Sex and The City” “Without A Trace,” “My Name is Earl” and “Unfabulous,” among others.
