Kings Beach couple still missing

Staff reports

KINGS BEACH – More than three weeks ago a Kings Beach couple was seen driving from their condo’s parking lot and have not been heard from since.

On April 14, Theresa Nicole Lackey’s employer reported the woman missing to the Placer County Sheriff’s Department. According to the sheriff’s report, Lackey had not been to her job at Century 21 Realty in Incline Village for the previous three days.

Sheriff deputies went to Lackey’s residence but found nothing unusual, reported Detective Sgt. Jeff Granum.

Lackey was last seen with her husband, Dillard “Samuel” Lackey, 43, driving from the Kings Run Condominiums parking lot on April 11.

The couple was driving a 1985 Ford Bronco II with the license plate 1NQC833.

Both persons have relatives and previous addresses in Oroville, Calif., as well as Wells and Sparks, Nev.

Anyone with information regarding the couple’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Placer County Sheriff’s Department at 581-6300.
