Lake Tahoe weather: thunderstorms again possible this week
LAKE TAHOE and#8212; Rain and thunderstorms are again in the forecast this week for the Lake Tahoe Basin, according to the National Weather Service in Reno.
Isolated thunderstorms are forecast at a 10 percent chance for Monday, while temperatures are expected to reach the low 60s.
Furthermore, chances of rain and thunderstorms remain in the forecast through Sunday, with high temperatures ranging from the mid 50s to lower 60s.

Monday: Isolated showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 63. Calm wind becoming west around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 10 percent.
Monday night: Isolated showers and thunderstorms before 11 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 46. West wind between 5 and 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 10 percent.
Tuesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 62. West wind between 5 and 10 mph.
Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 45. West wind between 5 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Wednesday: A 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 11 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 59. West wind between 5 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Wednesday Night: A 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 11 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 45.
Thursday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 11am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 57.
