Letter to the Editor: Stop littering with phone books
The practice of and#8220;dumpingand#8221; phone books in driveways is littering. These books sit there for months. More than half of the homes up here are second homes that are not occupied. This practice must be stopped. How many of these books wind up at the dumps? Waste of time, paper and space.
