In 4-1 vote, Placer supes approve Squaw Valley development project

KINGS BEACH, Calif. — The Placer County Board of Supervisors voted 4-1 Tuesday evening to approve the Village at Squaw Valley development plan.

Supervisor Jennifer Montgomery, the lone Tahoe-area representative in Placer County, voted against.

The approval came a few minutes before 7 p.m. Tuesday PST, after a roughly 10-hour meeting that featured several hours of commentary.
