3 Truckee meetings this week for Tahoe Forest CEO search

TRUCKEE, Calif. — Tahoe Forest Hospital District Board of Directors recently announced that HFS Consultants, a health care management recruiting company, has begun its search for a permanent district CEO.

Three community meetings have been scheduled to gather feedback from the public related to the search:

• Wednesday, May 27, noon to 2p.m., Truckee Tahoe Community Foundation, 11071 Donner Pass Road, Truckee

• Wednesday, May 27, 5:30-7:30 p.m., Hampton Inn and Suites, 11951 Highway 267, Truckee

• Thursday, May 28, 8-10 a.m., Tahoe Forest Hospital Eskridge Conference Room, 10121 Pine Ave., Truckee

“This phase of the CEO search focuses on gathering and compiling the information necessary to appropriately represent the roles, responsibilities, characteristics and qualifications for the next CEO,” officials said in a news release.

Don Whiteside, a representative from HFS Consultants, will meet with individuals at the meetings to hear suggestions and opinions, according to Tahoe Forest.
