32nd annual Truckee ski swap is Saturday

A variety of snowboard and ski gear will be swapped at Saturday's event in Truckee.

TRUCKEE, Calif. — The Truckee-Donner Recreation & Park is hosting its 32nd annual ski swap on Saturday at the Truckee Community Recreation Center (8924 Donner Pass Road) from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

General admission costs $2; children 12 and under are free. A wide variety of new and used ski and snowboard equipment, clothing and accessories will be on sale.

Equipment check-in for those wanting to sell is Saturday morning from 7:30-9 a.m. TDRPD will retain a 20 percent surcharge for all sold items.



In addition to the ski swap, there will a silent auction to raise funds for Truckee’s youth sports programs. Mid-week season passes to Sugar Bowl and single-day lift tickets will be auctioned among other items.
