Creative Concepts celebrates anniversary, new team members

TAHOE/TRUCKEE, Calif. — Have you ever wondered how a company ended up on a billboard, on primetime TV, in your favorite magazine or website, or as the top choice when you did a Google search?
Creative Concepts is a traditional and digital media agency that does just that.
April marks its 23-year anniversary of quality service, industry knowledge and accountability in the advertising industry.
Creative Concepts began when Laura Partridge left the radio world to launch the agency. Her station programming savvy and years of consulting advertising clients allowed Partridge to offer industry knowledge and experience. Today, Creative Concepts develops campaigns with integrated television, radio, out of home, print, online, social, mobile and new media elements.
This year has been successful and fun due in part to the agency's progress, great clients, excellent staff, exclusive promotions and exposure — and it was an Olympic year — who doesn't like that for advertising?
New this year, Creative Concepts became an official Google-Certified Partner/agency. Changes also include two new additions to the team, bringing an additional 20 years of media experience to Creative Concepts.

Digital Media Manager Lindsay Downing, joined Creative Concepts in December and is responsible for managing digital advertising accounts, including online, mobile, tablet, email and social media advertising. Her professional background consists of digital marketing, environmental consulting, graphic design and working for the United Nations. Prior to joining Creative Concepts Lindsay was the online marketing coordinator and social media manager for Vail Resorts at Northstar California Resort, where she managed all social media advertising, resort e-newsletters, website content and design and online analytics. Additionally, she assisted with directing online marketing strategy, creative development, content strategy and offline branding initiatives. Downing's experience lies in conceptual modeling and strategic brand planning.
Kristin Tabor is the new media buyer for Creative Concepts. She collaborates with the media buying team by initializing and negotiating television, radio, print and outdoor schedules. Tabor provides up-to-date monthly expenditures by client and medium to facilitate the billing process utilizing Strata software to track client results.
Tabor has been involved in the advertising industry, particularly media strategy, planning and buying, for over 17 years. Prior to working for Creative Concepts, she worked for MeringCarson in Sacramento, working with Visit California, San Diego Tourism Authority, Thunder Valley Resort Casino, Raley's / Bel Air / Nob Hill, Auto Club Speedway, Papa Murphy's and Sutter Health. Kristin has also worked on political initiatives such as the 2008 campaign, Proposition 8, and the 2012 campaign, Proposition 34.
