First Friday: Local stores to celebrate Feb. 1 with chocolate, wine

TRUCKEE, Calif. – La Galleria and Dorinda’s Chocolate Cafe will host a chocolate and wine tasting for First Friday on Feb. 1 from 5 to 8 p.m. at La Galleria, located in historic downtown Truckee at 10112 Donner Pass Road.
Featuring genuine artisan home decor and jewelry, La Galleria and Dorinda’s Chocolate Cafe collaborating together is a perfect fit. Dorinda Vance embraces the same motto of La Galleria by handcrafting chocolate desserts from scratch with pure ingredients of the highest quality.
During the First Friday evening, enjoy delicious chocolate and wine to taste. Dorinda’s Chocolate Cafe will also have boxes of chocolate available for sale at the event in addition to the samples. The First Friday event will be a great opportunity to collect gift ideas for the upcoming Valentine’s Day holiday.
