TAHOE/TRUCKEE, Calif. — Join the Tahoe City Parks and Recreation Department for an evening packed with action, lasers, music, and more at the third annual Mother/Son Laser Tag event.

All mothers, aunts, grandmothers and other female role models are invited to bring their sons out to share some fun, sweat, and laughs in the beginning of the day.

This year, TCPRD adds a new event to the night: Teen Laser Tag! All teens are invited to grab a few friends and challenge each other to a game of laser tag, dedicated just to them, that will last throughout the night.

This fun and exciting evening will transform the Rideout gym into a laser battle arena with photo opportunities, games, and more. This evening will be based on exciting and challenging activities that will have the adults, children, and teens alike leaving with a sense of importance as well as a huge smile. So, lace up your tennis shoes, activate those laser guns and be ready to find out who in the community is the laser tag champion!

The events will take place at Rideout Community Center on Saturday, March 15. The day will kick off with Mother/Son Laser Tag starting at 11 a.m., running until 4 p.m.

Tickets are $25 per duo and $5 for each additional child.

The night then continues with Teen Laser Tag starting at 7 p.m. and ending at 10 p.m.

Tickets for teens are $12 in advance or $20 at the door. Snacks will be provided and pizza by the slice will be available for purchase for just a few bucks. This event sells out so be sure to get your tickets in advance at the Recreation Office by calling 530-583-3440.
