INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. — The North Lake Tahoe Bonanza, in partnership with the Parasol Tahoe Community Foundation, presents the 2014 Nonprofit Wish List.

This is the sixth annual year we have presented a Wish List for readers to help make a difference for others during the holidays.

As you gather to celebrate Thanksgiving, please take time to talk about philanthropy and what it means to your family and friends.

No matter what amount you give, you can help. And if you want to give a special gift to someone else, select one of Parasol’s Giving Cards at http://www.parasol.org and make your gift matter.

To make a donation directly to one of the organizations on the Wish List, follow the instructions included in the listing. All organizations are verified 501(c)3 public nonprofit organizations.

The North Lake Tahoe Bonanza and Parasol Tahoe Community Foundation do not endorse any of the non-profits on the list.
